Cancellation by User

You may cancel a booking request within 24 hours of booking without any penalty. After that, cancellation may be subject to the owner's policy.

Cancellation by Lister

If the owner cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds for paid subscriptions or featured listings are not available once the service has been delivered. Contact support for any issues.
