To use RoomMitra, you must:

Users are responsible for:

Listers agree to:
Provide accurate property or service information.
Upload genuine photos.
Maintain updated contact information.
Respond honestly to inquiries.
RoomMitra does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, tenants, roommates, or business leads.
Users agree:
To verify listings independently.
Not to misuse platform information.
Not to harass property owners or service providers.
Not to engage in fraudulent activities.
Any transaction entered into between users and listers is solely their responsibility.
RoomMitra may provide verification badges or verification services.
However:
Verification does not guarantee authenticity.
Verification does not guarantee safety.
Users must perform their own due diligence before making payments or agreements.
RoomMitra may offer premium services, subscriptions, advertisements, or promotional features.
All payments:
Are subject to applicable taxes.
Must be made through approved payment methods.
May be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
RoomMitra is not responsible for payments made directly between users and listers.
Unless specifically stated:
Premium plans are non-refundable.
Featured listing fees are non-refundable.
Advertisement fees are non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Users may submit reviews and ratings.
Reviews must:
Be truthful.
Be based on actual experiences.
Not contain abusive language.
RoomMitra reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.
All content on RoomMitra, including:
Logos
Branding
Design
Software
Graphics

is owned by RoomMitra or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Users must not:
Create fake accounts.
Post misleading information.

Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.

Suspend accounts

Permanently terminate accounts
for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
No prior notice may be required in serious cases.
Use of RoomMitra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoomMitra, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Platform misuse

Violations of these Terms
